Because of some branches of a tree is touching the line, we are getting spark in the electric line between two post in Gangothri Garden of Ponmar village of Mambakkam TNEB. My phone calls were not attended properly. Please help to solve the issue
ReplyDeleteI am a retired teacher, living in rental house at 15 kesavanar St, Chengalpattu town, a complaint against the metre reading is not taken properly bi-monthly and it has charged together for more than eight months my e b service no is 5u1/029/296 my house owner name is O V JEYASEKARAN. The metre reader says the door was locked but I request u sir to inspect my house the metre is safely in the out side of the house only. Because the bulk post of reading the tariff is changed and I suffer to pay the huge amount. As I am a consumer I have rights to go to the consumer court, so sir I request superior of u take immediate action and send me a reply for me to take further action or to complaint to the most superiors and also I request u to go through my metre reading account. I hope that u will rectify it and refund my genuein Amy. Thank u

ReplyDeleteI am staying In chengalpattu city, last two weeks frequently power cut problem is coming on vallam, melamaiyur, and sakthi nagar area, please understand already corona virus lock down still going on and summer time is started, all people stay on out side of home, Sir kindly take action immediately for avoid virus spread.
